Atop this building you will find one of Philly's newest restaurants, XIX (Nineteen). Nineteen at the Bellvue is a true American brasserie that provides you with an amazing view of the city.

Nineteen features windows that stretch from the floor to the ceiling, giving you a bird's eye view of the city's skyline, as well as the surrounding area. The interior of Nineteen features two 36-foot high domed rotundas. The dome to the north has Nineteen's main dining area, which includes a wonderful seafood bar and a 19 foot chandelier. The rotunda to the south has a cafe dining area featuring a stained-glass dome.

As if the view wasn't enough, the food at Nineteen is as amazing as the restaurant itself. It features a spectacular menu featuring New American cuisine. The menu changes with the seasons, and features dishes such as braised veal cheeks with a Jerusalem artichoke puree, a seasonal selection of shellfish, black sea bass with Kennet Square mushrooms, and Maine lobster.
